Our jewelry is crafted from materials including stainless steel, sterling silver, gold-plated brass, copper alloys, zinc alloy, acrylic, and natural or synthetic stones. Some individuals may have sensitivities or allergic reactions to certain metals or coatings.
PARI&Co makes no warranty, express or implied, that any product is hypoallergenic or suitable for any particular individual's skin type or medical condition. If you have known metal allergies or sensitive skin, we strongly recommend consulting a physician before wearing our products.

Color, Appearance & Sizing
Product images are as accurate as commercially reasonable photography allows. Actual colors may vary due to screen calibration and production variation. Minor variations do not constitute a defect. Jewelry sizing is for guidance only — please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.

Orders & Pricing
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout per applicable state law.

Shipping
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, incorporated by reference. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For packages confirmed as delivered but not received, contact us within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PARI&Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including personal injury, medical expenses, property damage, or lost profits — arising from use of the Site, any product purchased, or any allergic or physical reaction to our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PARI&Co and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site or any product; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except where preempted by applicable federal law.
Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes go to binding arbitration under AAA rules in Santa Clara County, California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
