Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future — stay tuned.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@pariandco.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process within 2–3 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
Are earrings returnable?
No — for hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.

What materials are your pieces made from?
Our jewelry is crafted from materials including stainless steel, sterling silver, gold-plated brass, and copper alloys. Material details are listed on each product page.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
We do not make hypoallergenic claims. If you have known metal sensitivities, we recommend consulting a physician before purchasing. See our Terms of Service for our full materials disclaimer.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place. Remove before swimming, exercising, or sleeping to extend the life of your piece.

Account & Orders
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing hello@pariandco.shop. After that, orders may have entered processing and cannot be modified.
I didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@pariandco.shop with your name and the email used at checkout.
