Refund & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility — Strict Conditions
Returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:
✓ We Accept Returns When
- Returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery
- Item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Original packaging and pouches included
- Valid order number or confirmation email provided
- Return initiated by contacting us first
✗ We Do Not Accept Returns For
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Sale, flash sale, or discount code purchases
- Personalized or engraved items
- Earrings — all earring sales are final (hygiene)
- Damage from perfume, chlorine, or chemicals
- Discarded or damaged original packaging

How to Initiate a Return
Send your order number, the item(s) to return, and clear photos to hello@pariandco.shop.
We review requests within 2–3 business days and reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet eligibility criteria.
If approved, we'll provide a return address. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective. Use a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Refunds — When & How
- Refund method: Original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection
- Amount: Purchase price only — original shipping fees are non-refundable
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the item is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value. Items that fail inspection will not be refunded — we will offer to ship them back at your expense.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability, provided the item meets all return eligibility conditions. Follow the same process as a return. If the exchanged item has a higher price, you will be charged the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund including shipping.
Normal wear, tarnishing over time, and minor surface variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Skin Reactions & Allergic Responses
PARI&Co is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, rashes, or other adverse physical responses. These are not product defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Customers with known metal allergies should consult a physician before purchasing.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, PARI&Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order: check with neighbors and building management, contact the carrier, and file a claim with your local post office. We may assist in filing a carrier claim at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing hello@pariandco.shop. After 2 hours, orders may have entered processing and cannot be cancelled. Once shipped, orders must follow the return process.

Chargebacks
If a chargeback is opened without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with evidence of our policies, fulfillment, and delivery confirmation. We encourage customers to reach out first — we resolve legitimate issues fairly and promptly.
